How we handle your information

Quadcan is a Toronto, Ontario business. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What the contact form collects

When you send a request through the contact form, we receive:

• your name and job title;
• your work email address;
• your organization's name;
• the annual travel spend range and the role you select.

The form is optional. You can also reach us by phone instead.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your request: to contact you, understand your organization's needs and discuss a potential assessment. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent by email to Quadcan at info@quadcan.ca. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

To run this website we use a small number of service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form submissions and runs Turnstile, a check that confirms a form submission comes from a person rather than an automated script.
• An email delivery provider passes your form submission to our inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.

Some of these providers may process information outside Canada.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not identify you personally. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email info@quadcan.ca or call +1 647-863-4210, and we will respond within 30 days.

If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
